Our Mission

We connect. We inform. We empower. We drive change.

We take care of healthcare professionals so that they are armed to take care of our community.

Our Vision

We are creating the industry's largest network of nurses and allied healthcare professionals that drives sustainability in healthcare.

Our Story

We are the pulse of healthcare.

Today, content disrupts the world through memes, tweets, and TikTok videos. You no longer follow institutions. You follow people.

But, do you follow the right people?

We are a collective of curious creatives, who make the ever-evolving world of healthcare easy to digest so that professionals are always armed with the most up-to-date information.

Formerly Florence Health, The Nursing Beat was brought to life by a collective of nurses with a desire to create a community that ultimately improves the healthcare ecosystem and enhances patient outcomes. We, as nurses, have our own culture. Our own jokes. Our own lifestyle that's uniquely different.

The Nursing Beat strives to capture this rhythm. In a voice that we recognize and relate to. From a perspective that we trust. For we are the undercurrent that makes the beating heart of healthcare tick.
