The Nursing Beat - Giveaway Terms and Conditions

I. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States.
Employees of The Nursing Beat (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates, partners, and advertising or promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust Ltd., and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the launch of this sweepstakes (collectively, with Sponsor and Prize Provider, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway entry period begins at December 9, 2024 at 1000 ET and ends December 14, 2024 2359 ET. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate or multiple entries may result in disqualification.

Winners will be drawn for the following prizes:
- 25 Winners - $25 Subway® gift cards
The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five business days after the Giveaway end date.
The Nursing Beat will notify the winner(s) via email.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three business days of email receipt, or fails to comply with any of these terms, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Nursing Beat permission to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The Nursing Beat is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunctions, or other issues that may affect participation or entry.
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and their affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used in accordance with The Nursing Beat’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.thenursingbeat.com/privacy-policy

This Giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

The Nursing Beat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by The Nursing Beat in its sole discretion.
Any attempt by any participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, The Nursing Beat reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
